COMPETITIONS
Enter some of the competitions below and win free passes to difference swing dance events around Europe!!
You are only allowed to enter one of the Mix & Match competitions.
If you make the finals in the Strictly (Sat), you are not allowed to enter the Mix & Match. You are welcome to do both competitions, but if you make the finals in the Strictly you will get a refund of the entry fee of the Mix & Match.
Bal-Love challenge / Strictly Balboa, Advanced level and up
This will be a social competition open to advanced level and up. Dancers register as couples and will be chosen by the judges to dance the final. Any Balboa and/or Bal-swing are allowed. You will be judged on technique, musicality and partnership within the couple. The format of the finals will be spotlights.
Entry fee 20 EUR / couple
Registration online, payment in cash/check-in on Friday (19:00-22:00) at Autoklub
Prelims: Saturday 17.00 at Autoklub
(pick up your number 20 mins in advance)
Finals: Saturday at 23:45 at Autoklub
Balboa Mix & Match / Advanced level and up
Leaders and Followers sign up individually. Partners are chosen at random. You will dance with more than one partner and to different tempos. Individuals will be chosen by the judges to dance in the final. Any Balboa and/or Bal-swing are allowed. You will be judged on technique, flow, musicality and partnership. Judges will especially look for your ability to make your partner shine! In the finals you will be judged as individuals.

Prelims: Sunday at 17.20 at Autoklub

SlowBal competition
We love SlowBal! Join this simple "tap in" competition on Friday and let everyone know you love the SlowBal as well!
We will tap in the finalist.

No registration required, just jump in when its about to start.
